An ancient plank of Fir split the diners from the staff and a little shoebox of a kitchen pumped out hot food as we made salads, sandwiches and charcuterie behind the bar. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended especially in the busy summer months.Our approach to gardening on the Noble Rot rooftop is both production-driven and experimental-minded. Those clever Brits nicknamed this mouthful of a mold “Noble Rot.” Kimberly Bernosky had a vision for a restaurant that would bear this peculiar name and Courtney Storrs, helped her realize it.By some accident, Kimberly Bernosky was born in the state of Delaware.
