I have measured the first layers with a digital caliper and there is a difference less than 0.1mm between the front and back of the plate. The problem you're seeing is that the force required to separate your model and the FEP is too similar to the adhesion you have on the build plate. Anycubic red, black and green works ok, but the orange is always a fail or warped base. Hi mates I've started today to test my Anycubic Photon I've followed the instructions lowering the plate till I can feel some resistance... then tightened the screw and tryed to print the sample model. Hold it by the plate and scrape off the model and not the screw mount.Hmm... I've never had a print fail quite like that, but my primary thoughts are that A) models should be tilted and printed with supports. Although many people have great success with the Photon S right out of the box, I contended with a steep learning curve resulting in platform adhesion issues and general delamination mid-print.

I would try increasing bottom layer exposure time. I think is monocures product.Are you getting the same result with other types of resin or does it only happen with monoprice ?The problem you're seeing is that the force required to separate your model and the FEP is too similar to the adhesion you have on the build plate.If Leveling is not an issue Use these settings for Monocure Rapid Grey resin:I didn't have this issue with the Anycubic green that ships with the printer but I was running into failures to adhere to the build plate completely.
