The FIRST technician to set up my account LIED and I do NOT take this lightly, no matter WHAT industry you are in! I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hrs trying to get resolution, i spoke with 7 different individuals and 2 of them were supervisors. It is beyond frustrating. First red flag should have been the fact that no one there could get the transfer to “accept into the system”. I am also going to contact another phone company because I am alone and live rural. The customer service agents have NO respect for the customer and evidently complete autonomy. the CHOICE package is a 5 year package and at the end of the 5 years the price goes to 31.99 ($2 increase).
